The Actors Fund Home , an assisted living, skilled nursing, accredited dementia care and sub-acute rehabilitation center located in Englewood, NJ seeks an Entry-Level Help Desk Support Technician to join our IT team. This role involves providing essential technical assistance and support to end-users, aiding in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Will provide direct support to the nursing team with all EMR related issues. Will primarily support the System Administrator with daily IT related tasks.



RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provide initial technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing basic hardware, software, and connectivity-related inquiries.

+ Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
