IPDYNAMICS is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support & Systems Technician to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with solid hands-on IT experience — not entry-level, but also not senior management level. The ideal candidate should be confident troubleshooting, supporting users, working with networks, devices, and systems, and able to work independently when needed.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years practical IT experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with:

o Windows environments

o Networking & WiFi troubleshooting

o Routers, switches, and firewalls

o Remote support

o Hardware & software installations

o Microsoft 365

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license preferred
