This role will support a Windows based environment utilizing Microsoft 365 and Intune, with a focus on end user support, device provisioning, and troubleshooting. This is a short term contract role supporting coverage for a team member on leave, with an initial duration of at least one month and potential for extension.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands on and being the primary IT presence at a site. You will have strong ownership of day to day support, working directly with users on the floor while collaborating with an offshore help desk and infrastructure team.
