IT Support Specialist

Life Line Screening is looking for a IT Support Specialist to join our fast-paced environment in a nationwide, growing organization. This individual will be responsible to provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.  This is a hybrid schedule, requiring two working days per week in our Independence, OH offices.
 What you'll do:

+ Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.

+ Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.

+ Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

+ Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex problems.

+ Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference. <...
