A client in Hamburg is looking to build their finance team. They are an IPP company with around 300 employees and they are looking for an IT Specialist/ Support. They are well known in the industry and they are involved in end to end project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
You are tasked with receiving fault reports and service requests through telephone, email, and a ticketing system. Your scope of responsibility includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware. Your role involves the analysis of issues, the discovery of solutions, and the resolution of problems. You will also provide on-site user support and offer guidance for any emerging concerns.
