We are seeking a part-time, onsite Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for local IT support in a growing, fast-paced fintech environment. Based in Boulder, CO, this individual will play a critical role in maintaining seamless IT operations as support responsibilities transition from a closing office location.
You will support approximately 30 onsite employees while also contributing to the broader U.S. workforce of around 200 users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing environment and is comfortable operating autonomously as the sole onsite IT presence.

+ Act as the first line of IT support for tickets, walk-ups, and remote user requests
