IT Support Lead (Media & Production Technology)

Position Overview

The IT Support Lead is responsible for day‑to‑day management, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's technology environment. As the primary technology resource for the New Zealand business, this role provides end‑user support, manages infrastructure and storage systems, oversees technology vendors, contributes to technology planning and ensures systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose. The role supports production, post‑production and corporate teams while working closely with international technology colleagues to align local technology operations with global standards and initiatives.
