Position Overview
- s (Windows/macOS laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications (Microsoft 365, G-Suite, etc.), and specialized software.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Support and troubleshoot endpoint security solutions, including Zscaler client connectivity and security policies.
- Address antivirus-related incidents and alerts on endpoints and servers.
- Set up and support audio/video equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
System, Security & Patch Management - Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and health checks of IT systems and endpoints.
