Responsibilities - Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and onsite visits, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Coordinate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Stay updated on IT and security products, solutions, and industry trends.
Requirements - Diploma in IT or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ hands‑on experience in networking or cybersecurity support.
- Motivated, fast learner, and passionate about technology.
- Able to work on the following rotating shifts:
- 7.00am - 4.00pm
- 9.00am - 6.00pm
- 2.00pm - 11.00pm
