The Role

We are seeking an experienced O365 Support Engineer to join our IT team, taking responsibility for the support and maintenance of our O365 infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring our SharePoint, Teams and Azure platforms meet Allan Webb's operational standards, working closely with users across the business to resolve technical issues, maintain system integrity, and deliver reliable IT services that support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer AWL's SharePoint infrastructure, ensuring ongoing functionality, security, and integrity of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites
• Develop, implement, and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
