Position Overview
Install, configure, and troubleshoot basic software and tools on laptops/desktops
Provide basic IT support to users (OS, applications, access issues)
Assist in managing source code repositories using GitLab (basic operations like clone, commit, push, pull)
Support basic cloud tasks on platforms such as Azure (VM monitoring, user access, basic services)
Help in user account creation, password reset, and access management
Monitor systems and report issues to senior engineers
Maintain basic documentation for IT and cloud activities
Windows OS / Linux basics
Software installation and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of Git & GitLab
Basic cloud concepts (VMs, storage, networking)
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, internet concepts)
Willingness to learn and follow processes
