Position Overview
IT Support, End User - Setup and Formatting of PC
- Troubleshooting of Windows and Ubuntu PC
- Remote Assistance
- Manage Incident Ticketing System
- Setting up work desk like Monitor and docking system
- Contacting vendor for technical support such as HP or Dell
- Asset Management (Inventory and Secure Disposal)
- Refurbished old PCs and IT equipment for reuse and sustainability.
- Managing PC health (patches and updates)
- IT Support for Programs and Event
- Support of Video Conference system (e.g MTR)
- Supporting mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, iPad)
- Event Support
- Use of AI for daily work (e.g. creating scripts, finding solution for troubleshooting etc)
Qualifications - Good soft skills.
- Ability to think out of the box and resolve problems.
