Position Overview
Responsibility Assists day-to-day operation by picking up the phone calls/email/walk-ins/ticketing system to understand user's enquires/request, provide IT support and perform troubleshooting or escalate to the relevant PIC, or provide alternatives to resolves the cases. Ad-hoc duties such as software installation, clone laptops, inventory checks, disposal etc. Perform troubleshooting in systems and report the status to superior on time without delay . To support project from another team/section/department as instructed by superior . To perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior . Requirements Diploma or Higher Nitec studied in IT or related fields Preferable with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience Responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand the internal system process quickly Able to follow the internal systems thoroughly to make sure the tasks are smoothly process
