Role Overview  

The IT Support Engineer will serve in a generalist capacity, supporting all IT systems and services across the organization. This role   is responsible for   ensuring operational stability, reliability, and security for both India-based offices and global locations. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, manage Microsoft cloud environments, and contribute to   maintaining   a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
