Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £26,000 + 4% pension
I’m working with a client in Basingstoke who is looking to add an IT Support Engineer to their team. This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on IT support, working directly with users, and keeping systems and equipment running smoothly.
The role will involve:
Providing user support via the service desk, both remotely and in personIssuing, repairing, and tracking IT equipment for starters and leaversMaintaining and updating Active Directory and M365Monitoring backups and escalating issues when neededTroubleshooting hardware and software problems (laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, switches, browsers)Liaising with third-party suppliers for equipment repairs and support What they’re looking for:
