Overview
We are BetWarrior and are seeking a Jr. IT Support (IT End User Support). The ITS deals with the most challenging problems on our infrastructure. We work with modern platforms and tools. This position requires on-site office attendance 4 times a week.
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and requests independently, following procedures and documenting the process in our ticket system (Jira Service Management).
- Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience and provide a single point of contact for customers.
- Assist in solving problems, provide instructions on the use of equipment and software, and work with the IT team on special projects.
- Recommend hardware and software changes.
- Assist with employee onboarding, updates, termination activities, and user provisioning (revalidations).
