Job Description

We are looking for a person that will oversee the IT products and services for end‑users at the office. These products and services include printing, onsite support, videoconferencing, digital signage, connectivity, and local and global projects related to site activities that engage IT technology and services.

Role Purpose

The Site Coordinator ensures effective coordination and delivery of IT support and end‑user services at PMI local offices. The role serves as a key liaison between onsite teams, regional LOS managers, and global IT functions to maintain high service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
