Requirements
- We are looking for someone with a proactive and innovative approach, carrying experience and knowledge of utilizing ITIL v3/v4 best practices. Effective time management skills and strong communication abilities with all stakeholders are essential. A willingness to learn and succeed is important, along with high motivation and a strong focus on customer service and problem‑solving. Confidence and professionalism are key attributes we value, as well as a positive, can do attitude. Experience working within a managed service provider and managing SLAs & KPIs is required. Please note that the role is subject to a standard clear DBS being received, and some travel to customer sites may be involved, so a Full UK Driving License is necessary.
