State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) is seeking an experienced Vice President, IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and stability of production technology services supporting SSBI.

The successful candidate brings deep expertise in IT operations, service management, and regulatory governance, with strong knowledge of European regulatory expectations including DORA.

This role provides end-to-end governance and leadership across Run-the-Bank operations ensuring service performance, risk control, and regulatory compliance.

Directly supports SSBI operational resilience and strategic objectives.

Organizational Structure & Reporting

Reports to the GTS Technology Operations Manager.

Acts as primary accountability point for service delivery governance across ICA towers.

Works with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Business leadership.
