*Project summary:
Replace current loan management system (LMS) with new package provided by OracleThere are customizations on new packageThere are integration between new package with surrounding system (SMS, telephony, accounting, mobile app, e-invoice, DWH)Data migrated to new package* Responsibilities as Project Manager:
Manage (time, cost, quality, risk) all vendors for the new package setup, customization, deployment and integrate with surrounding systems.Organize key-users work with vendors for business requirements, testing (UAT), training.Report project progress to management, steering committeePlanning and work with IT department for smoothly deploy new package to replace current LMSYÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
