Position Overview
Requirements:
Manage project execution to show adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Monitor and track milestones and deliverables. Assess customer needs and priorities. Initiate and review modifications to project plans. Responsible for migrating IT Service Management functions and application integrations from BMC Footprint environment to ServiceNow (SNOW) version. Implement new functionalities within SNOW. Understand requirements from service management process owners to translate them into functional and technical requirements. Prepare high and low level design of the technical requirements. Provide technical assistance; guide with design, approach and architectural decisions.
