We are seeking an IT Product Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City and is a hybrid position requiring presence at least three days per week in the office.

• Plan, develop, implement, and support technology solutions for the Business Resiliency Management Department.
• Partner with business leaders to identify needs, define process requirements, system specifications, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Develop and configure the applications used by the department (e.g., Salesforce/Fusion, Everbridge, PowerBI, Mobile App).
