HireArt is helping our client find an IT Operations Specialist to support the Technical Operations (TechOps) function within a real-time Fusion Center environment in Scottsdale, AZ.

In this role, you’ll observe, document, and improve live operational workflows that support critical systems. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the technical backbone of real-time operations by identifying inefficiencies, mapping system dependencies, and helping drive process improvements across teams. This role is fully onsite in a secure facility.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking and documentation skills with hands‑on technical experience in systems, networking, or operational environments.
