Job description: Infrastructure Management:
Provide core support for both
Windows and Linux
server environments, ensuring uptime and security. Virtualization & Cloud:
Set up, maintain, and optimize
vSphere
,
VMware-based VMs
, and
Proxmox
environments. Networking:
Manage small network environments (specifically
Juniper and Aruba
), including the implementation and maintenance of
Network Access Control (NAC)
. Connectivity:
Configure and support
site-to-site VPNs
and Wide Area Networks (WAN) act as the primary point of contact for ISP/WAN provider communications and ticket resolution. Specialized Support:
Provide high-level support for Windows clients and specialized hardware/software such as
T2000IPSE
. Data & Scripting:
Utilize basic
SQL
