About the Role

We are looking to temporarily hire an IT Onsite Support Technician for our offices. This position is key to ensuring an excellent user experience, maintaining IT service continuity, and guaranteeing the proper functioning of the local technological environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support to users, resolving incidents related to devices and office equipment.
• Manage IT inventory, including stock checks and warehouse control.
• Coordinate the shipment and reception of equipment between offices.
• Prepare and configure equipment (laptops, desktops and mobile devices), ensuring proper setup.
• Keep IT assets updated in corporate management tools.
• Collaborate as local technical support in internal projects.
