Position Overview
Responsibilities - Drive product success by bringing the product to users
- Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews.
- Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.
- Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release.
- Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
- Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs.
Experience and Skills Needed - Experience in building digital products.
- Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
- End-to-end experience working with product team to build products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
