Company Profile: Foreign Bank
Description
Based in the banks network operation centre
Monitor IT mainframe, Systems, Networks, Applications, batch production to ensure uninterrupted service to the banks system
Detection and Escalation of any errors/ faults to relevant teams for immediate resolution
Maintain incidence reporting on all errors and faults and their progress of resolution
Work with global teams of IT personnel
Requirements
IT qualifications
Good background in Network and Cisco routers and switches
CCNA a plus
Relevant experience as an IT Monitoring Operator in a Network Operation Centre environment
Good communications skills with global team
