Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and mentor a team of network and systems technicians/engineers.

+ Oversee daily IT operations with a focus on Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies.

+ Architect, implement, and maintain core network infrastructure.

+ Manage projects related to upgrades, expansions, and system improvements.

+ Ensure network reliability, uptime, and best‑practice configurations.
