Position Overview
Description
We are seeking a hands-on Technical IT Manager to lead and support day-to-day IT operations while managing a small team and helping drive key technology initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, providing direct support when needed, and overseeing infrastructure, business applications, identity/access management, and enterprise systems projects.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support across the organization
+ Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for direct reports; prior people management experience is required
+ Serve as a hands-on technical resource for escalated issues involving desktops, systems, applications, and access
+ Support and administer Windows and Mac environments, including endpoint configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
