Job description

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Manager to oversee and drive all IT functions across a growing group of companies in the maritime and trading space.

This role will manage daily IT operations while leading system improvements, cybersecurity, and infrastructure across multiple entities. You will play a key role in ensuring business‑critical systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable.

Responsibilities and Duties

Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, cloud, and business systems
• Oversee network performance (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, wireless)
• Ensure system uptime, reliability, and performance across all entities
• Manage IT assets (laptops, work mobiles, licences) and standardisation
