Position Overview
- OMS full-cycle ownership: Lead requirements analysis and testing for the OMS system, covering web portal, WeChat mini-program, Android, and iOS platforms (development & maintenance).
- Mobile app know-how: Possess basic mobile application development skills, primarily focused on app updates and version release coordination.
- Production support & multi-system maintenance: Ensure operational stability for integrated systems besides OMS, including the BC financial system, WMS warehouse system, and Guanmai (Vegetable Division) system.
- Technical & coding background: Understand code, with hands‑on experience in development/testing; leverage strong project management skills using Agile (Scrum). Collaborate with Product Owner to refine backlog, split user stories, negotiate with developers, triage production bugs, and propose solutions.
