Job description

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to oversee and drive all IT functions across a growing group of companies in the maritime and trading space.

This role will manage daily IT operations while leading system improvements, cybersecurity, and infrastructure across multiple entities. You will play a key role in ensuring business-critical systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable. Responsibilities and Duties Infrastructure & Operations

. Manage IT infrastructure including servers, cloud, and business systems

. Oversee network performance (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, wireless)

. Ensure system uptime, reliability, and performance across all entities

. Manage IT assets (laptops, work mobiles, licences) and standardisation

Cybersecurity & Compliance

. Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures (endpoint protection, access controls, encryption)
