Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure (network servers backup disaster recovery CCTV access control PA Avaya phones)
• Support educational technology digital learning platforms and classroom devices
• Lead IT support helpdesk and team management
• Implement and manage ERP Microsoft 365 Teams and Showbie environments
• Oversee software licensing cybersecurity and vendor contracts
• Prepare and manage IT budget and long-term IT strategy

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience preferably in a school environment
• Proven experience in managing and supporting ERP systems (implementation experience highly desirable)
• Experience managing networks firewalls cloud systems PA systems and Avaya telephone systems
