Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSIT, BSCS, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Systems Administration or IT Management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Deep experience in Network Security, Sophos Firewall configuration, and wide‑area network (WAN) management.
• Proven track record in managing Barter POS and NAS configurations.
• Ability to lead complex migrations and system implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in people management and team development.
