• Manage complaint follow-up according to company procedures.
• Ensure the follow-up of maintenance contracts signed by the company.
• Participate in the company's after-sales service (SAV) and on customer sites.
• Provide effective solutions to the needs of the company and its partners.
• Ensure smooth repair of equipment and continuous quality of service.
• Meet the certification standards set by the company.
• Provide a daily dashboard to Management.
