Job Description:

• Assist the support team with day-to-day tasks
• Assist the support team on end user complains
• Assist in updating the IT inventory and necessary documentation

Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's in IT

• Fresh or 6 months of experience in IT
• skills in MS Word/Excel or PowerPoint
• Must know about Windows OS, software installation, and desktop support.
