Based onsite in Baltimore, MD, this role manages a cross-functional team (Systems, Infrastructure, and Network Engineers) while staying deeply engaged in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, hybrid cloud, network services, and data center operations. The ideal candidate balances strategic planning and people leadership with direct technical execution to deliver high availability, security, and scalability for mission-critical systems.
