Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and provide prompt assistance to address their needs.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk support.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing software .
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience working with network environments in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with other operating systems (Linux, macOS) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with server administration (Windows or macOS) is an advantage.
