Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, this full‑time, Calgary‑based role will play a key part in the effective operation, maturity, and continuous improvement of IT governance processes and ITSM practices. This role ensures IT policies, standards, controls, and service management processes are documented, followed, measured, and continuously improved in alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices (e.g., ITIL).

This position is based out of our downtown Calgary office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, maintenance, and enforcement of IT policies, standards, procedures, and control frameworks
