Kiztopia is a successful start-up and one of Singapore’s largest indoor children’s playground operators. We are looking for a highly motivated IT Executive to support daily IT operations across HQ and outlets, including onboarding/offboarding, device support, system access administration, and regional IT support.

This role supports day-to-day IT operations across HQ and outlets, while enabling the IT Manager to focus on security, governance, vendor management, and regional initiatives. It also supports operational continuity and business growth as the organization scales.

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and POS issues
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, and equipment preparation
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripherals
