Position Overview
Reports to: Senior Customer Service Manager Supervises: N.A Works with: Project and Service Size of the work team: 4 Duties & Key Responsibilities - Experience with automated material handling systems and software (e.g. PLC and WMS).
- With experience in Programming (like Power Builder 7; C#; Visual Basic; C++; C); Database (like Oracle ; SQL Server; ORACLE, PL/SQL, Transact SQL; web (Microsoft IIS management; XML, HTML, Java Script) and Web services).
- Configure and handle network routers and switches, and Virtual Private Networks.
- Assist in identifying, recommending and implementing new processes or amendments to current ones to improve team functionality and service provision to customers
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Provide IT infrastructure, Windows OS, and hardware / software support & maintenance.
- Provide IT hotline and on / off-site support.
