Duties

• The IT Engineer / Computer repairer will be taking care of design, installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of computer systems and associated infrastructure.
• Identify hardware and software problems by analyzing symptoms, performing tests, and using diagnostic tools to determine the root cause of issues.
• Repair or replace faulty hardware components such as motherboards, hard drives, memory modules, graphics cards, power supplies, and peripherals. Upgrade hardware components to improve performance or meet customer requirements.
