·Provide first- and second-level IT support for Asia-based colleagues, ensuring timely response within the Asia timezone while proactively identifying, documenting, and escalating recurring or underreported issues.

·Support, design, and continuously improve global IT systems, workflows, and infrastructure, contributing to standardization, best practices, and worldwide IT initiatives.

·Manage and support client systems across Windows and Linux environments, including network, access, security, and IT equipment lifecycle activities.
