Position Overview
Job Description
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements.Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and global NG program teams.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for stakeholders across Asia.Documentation & Process Mapping:Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.Develop process flow diagrams and ensure alignment with eLIMS-NG standards.Testing & Validation:Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating results.Ensure defects are tracked and resolved before go-live.Change Management & Training:Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users.Support change management activities to drive adopt...
