Job description

You will join our Retail & Point of Sales team, supporting business transformation and digitalization projects for retail clients in an international context.

Your Missions:

• Gather and document requirements for retail and point of sales system enhancements and new features


• Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams


• Prepare configuration guidelines for retail and POS solutions


• Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met


• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate retail business needs into technical specifications


• Identify gaps in existing retail and POS
