As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you'll lead and shape analysis on complex, high‑impact projects and programmes from pre‑inception to successful delivery across the Strategic Change Portfolio and IT. This role is pivotal in supporting the organisation in achieving strategic goals through bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This will be done through effective business analysis that adheres to best‑practice and Admirals governance and change controls.
