Job Title : IT Business Analyst
Contract Duration : 6 months
Salary : $3800-$6000
Location : Enabling Village, 20 Lengkok Bahru
Eligibility : Only Singaporeans
Responsibilities - Engaging internal stakeholders/business units to gather, collect and document their business needs, processes, and pain points.
- Prepare clear workflows, use cases, user stories, user guides / manuals and functional specifications.
- Run Proof of Concept (POC) for business processes using products from GovTech
- Facilitate discussions between technical teams and business units and support in change management
Specific Requirements - Minimally an IT or Business IT Diploma / Degree holder
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
