Position Overview
Mô tả công việc: Job Description- Resolve IT request from locally in IT ticket system in charged on duty.
- Provide IT support to fix IT issue in Production Lines.
- Providing end-user technical support, IT helpdesk service daily for troubleshooting all issue: Windows, Outlook, Office, network, wireless, printer, IT housekeeping, …
- Deployment of machines, support IT seniors and work as a team member.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job requirements- Skillful in the following areas:
- OS: MS Windows 7,8,10,11, Windows Active Directory, VMWare
- Network: DNS, Active Directory
- Ensure security on local network is preferred.
- Security System: Antivirus, Anti-malware
- Applications: Windows 7/8/10, Office 2013, Office365 suite
- Experience in maintaining physically computer hardware.
