Own METI IT application operations, stability, and service deliveryLead and manage the IT Application Operations / ETRM support teamEnsure successful execution of End-of-Day (EOD) and batch processingProvide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1–L2) application supportAct as primary escalation point for IT-related application incidentsManage third-party vendors and offshore support partnersMonitor and improve platform availability, performance, and operational KPIsCoordinate incident, problem, and change management activitiesEnsure appropriate runbooks, documentation, and operational controls are in placePartner with the Head of Business Operations to support business-led changeQualifications
