The AI Product Owner manages the business’ interests in our IT scrum teams. He is responsible in turning AI goals into deliverables in the form of user stories. They collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and designers to validate customer journeys, review model outputs, refine wireframes, and give business context for decisions. The role oversees development to meet ethical, compliance, and business standards, resolves incidents, collects feedback, monitors performance, benchmarks practices, and drives ongoing AI optimization across the organization.
